How it works

Two sides, one straightforward deal.

If you're hiring

  1. Post the job

Describe the work, set a fixed price or hourly budget in rands, and pick a deadline.

  2. Compare proposals

Freelancers bid with a cover letter, a price and a delivery time. Shortlist, message, hire.

  3. Pay when it's right

Fund the contract up front. The money is held until you approve the work — then it's released.

If you're freelancing

  1. Build your profile

Photo, skills, rate and portfolio. Clients read this before anything else.

  2. Bid on real work

Every job on the board comes from a verified client with a stated budget.

  3. Get paid

The client funds the contract before you start, so the money is already there when you deliver.

Why escrow

Nobody starts work hoping to chase an invoice.

The client funds the contract before the work begins. We hold it. The freelancer delivers, the client approves, and the money moves the same day — minus our 10%. If something goes wrong, the funds sit still until it's sorted.
